HighLevel · n8n · AI agents

Your business,
streamlined.

Custom HighLevel buildouts, the tools you already use connected, and AI agents with guardrails. Your team saves hours every week and gets more done.

[ 01 ] What I build for any business that runs on leads, bookings and follow-up

Three kinds of buildout. Start with the one that hurts most.

  1. HighLevel

    HighLevel buildouts

Workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, follow-up and reporting, connected in one HighLevel account and built around how your team works.

  2. n8nAPIs

    Connecting your tools

Your CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, inbox, texting and ad accounts passing data to each other, so a lead, a booking or a payment is entered once.

  3. AI agentsClaude

    AI agents with guardrails

Agents that answer, sort and follow up, with only the access their job needs and a person approving what matters.

[ 02 ] The difference from disconnected tools to a repeatable process

Fix the process. Then connect the pieces.

Where work gets stuck

  • The same details entered into several tools
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering
  • Leads, bookings and payments sit in separate systems
  • Unclear steps get carried into the automation
  • Nobody owns the exceptions

How I build it

  • Map the steps, handoffs and decisions first
  • Fix missing information and inconsistent steps
  • Connect the tools so information moves where it needs to
  • Give agents limited access and people the important approvals
  • Test the repeatable work and name who handles exceptions

How every project starts

I'm Evan Puissegur. I streamline your business.

That means building HighLevel accounts, connecting the tools your team uses, and setting up AI agents to handle repeatable work.

If your team is re-entering the same details, chasing follow-ups or moving information between systems by hand, that's where we start.

Proper automation starts with a proven process. First, we map one real job from start to finish: where the information comes in, who needs it, and what happens next.

Then we fix the gaps. We clarify the steps, fill in missing information, and decide who handles the exceptions.

Only then do I automate what's needed. That might mean connecting your HighLevel forms, pipeline and calendar, passing information between tools with n8n, or adding an agent to answer, sort and follow up.

Each agent gets only the access its job needs, with a person approving what matters. We test the handoffs before your team takes over.

[ 04 ] Questions

Answered straight.

What does a buildout include?

We start by mapping the process and fixing the gaps. Depending on what you need, the build can include a HighLevel account setup, workflows that connect your tools, or AI agents for repeatable tasks. We agree on the scope and test it before handover.

What do you build in?

HighLevel for forms, pipelines, calendars, follow-up and reporting; n8n and APIs to connect your tools; and AI agents where the work calls for them. The process determines which tools we use.

Do I have to change tools?

I start with the tools you already use. We check what can connect and whether anything is missing before deciding what needs to change.

Do the AI agents act on their own?

Within agreed limits. Each agent gets only the access its job needs. We define what it can handle, what needs your approval, and when it should hand work back to a person before automating it.

[ 05 ] What you get a system your team actually uses, not a demo

What you get.

  1. 01

    A clear map

    • Every step, handoff and decision in one place
    • Where automation will help, and where it won't
  2. 02

    A tighter process

    • Fewer re-typed details and missed follow-ups
    • A named owner for every exception
  3. 03

    Automation that holds up

    • Built inside the tools you already have
    • People on the judgment calls
    • Tested with real and edge cases before it's yours
